Somehow: Kim Burrell's confirmation that it will be alright!

I told y'all last week that I was going to see Kim Burrell for the first time, right? Well, I've wanted to see her for years, and she did not disappoint.  Even my husband, who's not a huge gospel fan, felt a little something.  Howard Theatre will never be the same. We've made a pact to see her whenever she comes our way.

I don't have much time to post today, but I did want to share a few clips from the show. Enjoy!

This is her jazzy breakdown of one of my gospel favorites, The Lord Will Make a Way Somehow.  I so needed to hear this. I'm stressed. I'm up against a crazy deadline, and I'm TIRED. Guess what? He'll make a way, and Kim's songs just confirmed what I already know.

So right after she called the singers to come on stage, this guy Jared got up there and blew her away!

Kim Burrell isn't just my favorite singer because her voice is awesome.  You can tell that she means what she sings. I didn't record much because I wanted to soak up the evening, but just know we were BLESSED. She, by far, has the best live vocals I've ever experienced, and my hubby would agree.

Until next time . . . I'll be over here cranking out this dissertation. Y'all lift me up, ok?

  1. The 20% tool Useful for: businesses, advertisers, Facebook marketers In the past, the rule in Facebook advertising (ads) was that ad images in the news feed could contain a maximum of 20% text. Although this rule has ceased to exist in principle, Facebook still recommends not to exceed the 20% limit. https://socialfollowerspro.uk/buy-facebook-followers/
Advertisements with more text in the picture receive less or no delivery at all.

  3. NEON SMIGNS FOR HOME
It's a wonderful way to add art, light, and personality to your home. But how do we choose the room where it should be placed? Consider what room might benefit from extra light or is it too bland in its decor. It could be the kitchen, living area, or dining space. This can help you decide on the theme of the sign and help ensure you make the right investment.

The LED light strips can be seen through a wall hollow with recessed lighting. This type of lighting can give your space a soft and diffused feel. Recessed lighting can be used in offices, homes, and commercial spaces to give your space an elegant look.
